Use of this part of the Web Site requires you to register and is subject to these terms and conditions. By clicking I have read and accept the Terms and Conditions you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which form a binding contract between you and Web of Stories Limited ("Web of Stories").

Terms Relating to Registration

2. Your registration is personal to you. Each registration is for a single user only. You will choose your user name and password which in combination ("Your ID") will be unique to you. 8. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time.
9. Web of Stories reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access and use of this Web Site at any time either with or without notice.

15. Except as provided for in Clause 13, notwithstanding anything else contained in this agreement in no event shall Web of Stories be liable to you for:
    1. loss of profits, business, revenue, goodwill, anticipated savings; and/or
    2. indirect, special or consequential loss or damage.
16. Without prejudice to the generality of this Agreement, Web of Stories shall not be liable for any claim arising from:
    1. any failure or malfunction resulting wholly or to any material extent from your negligence, operator error, use other than in accordance with the instructions contained on the Web Site or any other misuse or abuse of the Web Site;
    2. the failure by you to implement recommendations previously advised by Web of Stories in respect of, or solutions for, faults in the Web Site; or

    4. you being unable to exercise the rights granted hereunder due to the Web Site being unavailable.
17. Web of Stories's failure to perform any term or condition of this Agreement as a result of conditions beyond its control such as, but not limited to, war, strikes, floods, governmental restrictions, power failures, or damage or destruction of any network facilities or services, shall not be deemed a breach of this Agreement.
18. You may not redistribute any of the Content of this Web Site without the prior authorisation of Web of Stories or create a database in electronic form or manually by downloading and storing any content.
19. You are responsible for the provision of and payment for the computer equipment and telecommunication services necessary for access to the Web Site. Web of Stories shall not issue credits or refunds against charges incurred by you in relation to such telecommunication services or those incurred contacting Web of Stories. You accept that Web of Stories has no control over such telecommunication services and that Web of Stories shall have no liability to you for the acts or omissions of providers of telecommunication services or for faults in or failures of their apparatus

If any of the provisions or portions thereof, contained in these terms and conditions are or become invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, they are to that extent to be omitted and shall be replaced with a valid provisions with the same economic result and all other remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
36. All interpretations of this Agreement shall be made according to the laws of England.
