It became my way. I'm mentioning a lot more about Morocco because this is where I learnt how to start. Because also I started asking everybody I met, 'Can you give me recipes?' And it was a funny way of just saying hello. And because were taken aback sometimes, and then a lot of people were glad that you were interested in their food. I would say, 'I am an English food writer. Writing about your cuisine. Can you tell me?' And, of course, they didn't quite believe I was English. But they did believe really that I was interested in their food. And so, that was a good start.
