I always had- Well I might be flattering myself but I think that I always had a good relationship with Jean-Luc, I mean we always got on well together. So I had- It's someone who- For example, I know that there are loads of things he hates doing, he hates being annoyed. Well- So there are times when you can feel that something is going to go wrong, so you shouldn't ask him- Do you think I could do this, that I could do that, because that- So there's a time when you have to think that he's- It depends on the situation if you have something important to ask, because during filming you shouldn't go ask him- What do you want to eat for lunch? Because he doesn't care, and with good reasons he'll tell you to get lost. So. No, you have to ask him something in regards to the film, in relation to what we're going to do for the time being or eventually not even for the next day because it's better to wait for the day to be finished. So. And then there are times when since things aren't working; since he's actually a guy that doesn't talk much, he doesn't communicate much, so he explains what he wants to do, sometimes he explains it in reverse, meaning that he doesn't say- That's what I want in the frame. He'll say- I don't want the thing in the frame there, I don't want that there, I don't want that in the frame, so we determine what he would like to have, and especially what he doesn't want. And there are a certain number of things that he doesn't want in the frame. So well. So that's one thing. And then inevitably there comes a time when things don't work well, and when we sense him becoming, we used to say when there were times, when we sensed him like that, we use to say- He's going to become crocolion.
[BC] He's going to become?
Crocolion.
[BC] Crocolion?
Yes. Crocolion, it's a story that takes place in Africa. It's three Africans who are discussing which is the most dangerous animal. So one of them says- The most dangerous animal is the crocodile, because you go swimming, you go into the water, he catches you and eats you. And the other one says- But, I don't think that's it because when you're there peacefully walking around with your little missus, the lion jumps on you and eats you both. And the other one says- The most difficult and the most dangerous, is the crocolion. Crocolion, what's that? Well it's the guy that has the head of a crocodile on the front and the head of a lion on the back. But that doesn't exist. But yes, it does. But no, it can't exist, how does he take a crap? He's can't, that's why he's so mean! So Jean-Luc, he was often like that.
